How we work

A steady reporting cycle

  1. Agree the metrics

Together we define the figures that matter for your business — margins, liquidity, cost per project or product.

  2. Produce the reports

At an agreed frequency you receive your reports with commentary: what went well, what needs attention, what we recommend.

  3. Discuss & decide

We review the findings together and agree specific actions with an owner and a timeline.

FAQ

Financial reporting questions

How is financial reporting different from bookkeeping?

The books record the past for the tax authority. Financial reports translate the same data into a picture for you: profit margins, cash flows, trends and budget-versus-actual comparisons — so you can make documented decisions.

I have my own accounting department. How can you help?

We take on supervision: we check the quality of entries, organise processes and deadlines and act as external advisor to your in-house team, with periodic reviews and management reporting.

How often do I need a budget and a forecast?

The annual budget is prepared before the new financial year and revised when circumstances change materially — typically quarterly. The cash-flow forecast is monitored more frequently, especially during investment periods or liquidity pressure.

Reports become even more useful when combined with tax planning and business advisory.
